1. Shipping Overview
Alden York ships orders within the United States and internationally.
2. Shipping Costs
For orders shipped within the United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. United States orders below $150 are charged a flat rate of $7.99 at checkout. International orders are charged a flat rate of $8.99 at checkout.

3. Order Processing
After an order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, an order confirmation email is sent. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your order from dispatch to shipping.
4. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Alden York is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
5. Possible Shipping Delays
While we work to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, allow an additional 3 business days. If your order has not arrived after this extended period, contact us at sales@aldenyork.co for assistance.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@aldenyork.co.
Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at sales@aldenyork.co.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which includes a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
8. International Shipping
Alden York ships internationally at a flat rate of $8.99. International orders follow the same processing and transit timeline, with a total delivery time of approximately 5–8 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimated window. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total.
